The Partnership for College Access and Sucess is strongly committed to respecting the privacy of our students and staff, and to protecting all personal information provided to us. The intent of this privacy policy is to detail the information that PCAS may gather about users who visit the web sites it owns and operates, how that information is used, and PCAS's disclosure practices. Please note that this policy applies only to chattanoogapcas.org, not to the web sites of other companies or organizations to which we provide links.

User Information

PCAS may collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit many of our Web pages, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer). We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect nonpublic personal information. We will continue to adhere to the privacy policy described in this notice even after individualsÕ interaction with us is over.

Disclosure
PCSAS reserves the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly or to protect itself or its users. We reserve the right to share aggregated "site usage" non-personal information with third parties. PCAS also reserves the right to share information with PCASpartners that perform administrative, marketing, research, or other services to help us pursue our mission.

Individuals who participate in PCAS events are asked to consent to using their name, likeness, essay, and speech in any audiotape, videotape, film, book, or photograph made at any PCAS program for any informational, instructional and/or fundraising purposes of The College Access Center.
